At EndOvia, we want to ensure your TriBalance supplement reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Royal Mail 48 (Standard Delivery)
- Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
- Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
- Tracking: Basic tracking available
- Coverage: All UK addresses
All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, postal strikes, or peak periods.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day
- After 2pm: Orders will be dispatched the next working day
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: Orders will be dispatched on the next working day
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through Royal Mail’s tracking system.
Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact us at info@endoviasupplements.co.uk if your order is more than 5 working days late
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Contact us immediately with photos of any damage
- We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund
- Please retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address before the order has been dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Product Care During Transit
Our supplements are packaged carefully to protect them during transit. However, please store your TriBalance supplement in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight once received to maintain product quality.
Peak Periods
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or promotional events, delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.
